Can I visit your shop/studio and view the jewellery?
Yes, you can find us at Hatfield House, Stable Yard.
Monday: Closed (Open on Bank Holidays)

What are your delivery charges?
UK Special Delivery is £9.95 (3 - 5 days)
UK Next Day Special Delivery is £12.95 (If your order is placed before 1pm. Next day delivery is not availble on Mondays as we are closed)
European Delivery £12.95 (5 - 10 working days)
International Delivery £19.95 (5 - 10 working days)
Can I order from overseas?
Yes. Either place your order online or call us on +44 (0)1707 271200. Your price will be show in pounds sterling, and the actual transaction on your card will leave your account in pounds sterling. The delivery charge for overseas is £12.95 to Europe (5 - 10 working days), £19.95 to the rest of the world (5 - 10 working days). Please note that postage costs may vary if item(s) is of a high value for insured post.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We do accept returns and exchanges at Fiona rae either in our shop or by post. Any returns must be unworn and in the orginal packaging with reciept or a gift reciept. All returns must be within 14 days of delivery or purchase date for an exchange, return or credit note.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes. Our bespoke service provides a free inital personal consultation with Fiona Rae, to create one-off pieces that are truely unique.
Do you offer an engraving service?
Yes. We offer high quality hand engraving as part of our bespoke service, for we love the personal details in every piece we make.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. If you wish for an item to be gift wrapped instore or for delivery this service is available for an additional £5.00 for each item. Your jewellery will be wrapped with beautiful handmade wrapping paper and tied with silk ribbon. Simply select the Gift Wrapping box before you add an item to your basket.
Is VAT charged online?
VAT is charged at 20% for all orders and is included in the retail price. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have further queries about VAT, or call us on +44 (0)1707 271200.
Which payment methods do you accept?
In the Fiona Rae shop we accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Solo card payments, bank transfers and cheques.
(Please note that cheques and bank transfers are to be cleared before item is dispatched or collected)
We accept payment online by PayPal and accept payments via all major debit and credit cards as well as bank transfers through PayPal. Customers do not need to have a PayPal account to pay.
In addition, you can also pay for all or part of your order using Fiona Gift Vouchers.
How do I redeem a gift voucher?
They are redeemable on our online shop or in our studio shop at Hatfield house.Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and can be posted straight to the recipient if you wish. You can also have a special message in the Comments / Additional Information box at the checkout stage.
Our gift vouchers are available in various denominations (from £20 to £5000) and you can purchase any multiple of these vouchers. Each gift voucher has a can be redeemed against any purchase in store or by phone.
How do I measure my ring size?

How do I know what chain size?
The length of a chain really depends on what feels comfortable to wear. An average length is between 16 - 18 inches.
At Fiona Rae we supply different lengths to suit our customers. Please note that some pendants are sold on a long length chain.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil is a combination of Sterling Silver with a layer of gold on top also known as gold plating.To be considered vermeil, the gold must be at least 9 carat and be at least 1.5 micrometres thick. At Fiona Rae we use 18 carat gold with 3 - 5 microns.
Are Fiona Rae diamonds from traceable sources?
Yes. We have the best source of conflict free diamonds and know every detail about our stones. All our stones are provided by Fiona's close family connections in the diamond and gemstone industry in London, for the highest quality and knowledge.
