Enamelled Quill Mint Cufflinks

The Enamelled Quill Cufflinks are handmade with vitreous glass enamel on sterling silver. These square shaped cufflinks feature a quill feather pen in the centre in pale grey enamel and a detailed latin script in mint green enamel in the background. They have a T-bar fitting for ease and convenience adding personality to any shirt.

These cufflinks are inspired by the power of the written word. As the saying goes "The pen is mightier than the sword" the meaning is said to emphasize that thinking and writing have more influence than the use of force or violence.  

Each pair of cufflinks are handmade using the traditional art of vitreous enamelling. Thin layers of glass are fused at a high temperature on to the surface of the metal to create this unique piece.

These cufflinks arrive beautifully wrapped in a Fiona Rae gift box.
