Each bespoke journey is unique. Fiona will carefully listen and develop your individual design brief. This free consultation usually takes no longer than an hour.
We appreciate as much time as possible before your deadline.
INITIAL IDEAS & DESIGN
Fiona will sketch out some initial ideas influenced by your story, style and budget. Together you will sit down to discuss the development of the final design.
CREATING YOUR JEWELLERY
At this stage, an initial deposit of 50% is required. Fiona will begin the process of making your bespoke item.
COLLECTING YOUR JEWELLERY
Our favourite moment.
We provide all customers with a complimentary valuation certificate and advice with caring for your jewellery. The final balance is usually paid on collection.
