THE STEPS TO CREATING YOUR BESPOKE PIECE

Getting To Know You

Each bespoke journey is unique.
Initially we will ask you some questions to get you thinking about what you might be looking for.
We can make an appointment for an introductory meeting at one of our stores. There, Fiona will carefully listen and develop your individual design brief. This free consultation usually takes no longer than an hour.

Initial Ideas & Design

Fiona will sketch out some initial ideas influenced by your story, style and budget. Together you will sit down to discuss the development of the final design and add any tweaks to your custom piece.
We will contact you with the quote. If you wish to proceed in your commission, at this stage an initial deposit of 50% is required before proceeding. 

Creating Your Jewellery

Fiona will begin the process of making your bespoke item and is involved in every step of design and making. The whole process can take between 8-12 weeks, but complex designs may need longer.
We appreciate as much time as possible before your deadline.

Collecting Your Jewellery

Our favourite moment.
We will contact you to arrange a time to collect your piece. The final balance is usually paid on collection. 
We provide all our customers with a complimentary valuation certificate on completion and advice on cleaning and care for your jewellery.
