DELIVERY OF ITEMS

Please ensure we have the correct postage address when placing your order. All jewellery will arrive wrapped in a gift box with secure packaging for transit. We post all jewellery & cufflinks with insurance and tracking. Your parcel will need to be signed for on delivery. Please note that Royal Mail Special Delivery is unavailable on Sundays. 
 

Our current delivery prices are as follows and are subject to change in accordance with Royal Mail pricing:
UK Special Delivery £9.95 - arrives within 3-5 working days (signed for package) 

International Delivery £23.00 - arrives within 10-15 working days (signed for package) 

Please note that on occasion postage costs may vary for item(s) is of a high value that need more postage insurance.

E-GIFT CARD POLICY

Fiona Rae e-gift cards are available to purchase online at fionarae.co.uk for shipping within the UK only. E-Gift cards are provided by email. The minimum amount available to purchase on a Fiona Rae gift card is £25, and the maximum is £5,000. All gift cards will be denominated in GBP.

E-gift cards can be redeemed at Fiona Rae stores or online at fionarae.co.uk. Gift cards used online may only be redeemed against purchases being shipped to a UK address. If you make a purchase using your Fiona Rae gift card, the cost of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Any remaining balance will be updated and may be applied to future purchases. You may purchase goods and services of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.

Fiona Rae gift cards will be valid for 24 months from the point of purchase. If you do not spend the full value of your gift card within its validity period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and removed from the card.

RETURNS POLICY

At Fiona Rae, we always want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase they make. Therefore, it is possible to exchange an item in our shop or return your item by post. Bespoke items, sized rings and special order items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

Any returns must be unworn and in the original packaging with the receipt or a gift receipt. All returns must be within 28 days of delivery or purchase date for an exchange, return or credit note. If returning an item by post, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We recommend you use a special delivery service for your own protection.
We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging if returned to us.

Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  If you are a consumer this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
