Delivery, Returns & Gift Vouchers

At Fiona Rae, we always want our customers to be happy with every purchase they make. Therefore, it is possible for you to exchange an item in our shop or return your item by post.
Bespoke items, sized rings and special order items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance.

Returns
Any returns must be unworn and in the original packaging with the receipt or a gift receipt.
All returns must be within 28 days of delivery or purchase date for an exchange, return or credit note.
If returning an item by post, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We recommend you use a special delivery service for your own protection.
We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. Items must be in their original packaging if returned to us.

E-Gift Card
Fiona Rae e-gift cards are available to purchase online at fionarae.co.uk (for shipping within the UK only). E-Gift cards are provided by email. In each case, the gift card is subject to these terms and conditions.
The minimum amount you can purchase on a Fiona Rae gift card) is £25, and the maximum is £5,000. All gift cards will be denominated in GBP.
Fiona Rae e-gift cards can be redeemed at the Fiona Rae shop or online at fionarae.co.uk. Our gift cards used online may only be redeemed against purchases being shipped to a UK address.
If you make a purchase using your Fiona Rae gift card, the cost of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. If you do not spend the entire balance on the card, the remaining balance will be updated and may be applied to future purchases. You may purchase goods and services of a higher price than the amount on the card, on payment of the difference.
Fiona Rae gift cards will be valid for 24 months from the point of purchase. If you do not spend the full value of your gift card within its validity period, any remaining balance will be forfeited and removed from the card.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  If you are a consumer this does not affect your right to bring proceedings in the country where you live.
 
DELIVERY OF ITEMS
All jewellery will arrive wrapped in a gift box with secure packaging for transit. We only post our jewellery & cufflinks with insured posts that can be traced and will need to be signed for on delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is not available on Sundays therefore no delivery is available. Please ensure we have the correct postage address when placing your order.
 
UK Special Delivery is £9.95 Arrives within 3-5 working days (Signed for package)
International Delivery £23.00 Arrives within 10-15 working days (Signed for package)
If you are placing your order online the price will be shown in pounds sterling, and the actual transaction on your card will leave your account in GBP pounds sterling. We are experienced in shipping worldwide, if you have any questions please contact us. Please note that on occasion postage costs may vary if the item(s) is of a high value and needs more postage insurance.
