Limited Edition Dahlia Diamond Pendant in Grey & Kingfisher Blue

This stunning handcrafted sterling silver pendant with one-off enamel features an intricate dahlia design with graduated kingfisher blue enamel glass, set with a white diamond in the centre, surrounded by white/grey enamel. 

It is a beautiful statement piece inspired by the dahlias often found dotted around Highgrove Gardens in terracotta pots, and serves as a reminder of the profusion of colour they create in the gardens.

Each pendant is handcrafted using the traditional technique of vitreous enamelling, in which thin layers of glass are fused at high temperatures onto the surface of the metal to create a one-of-a-kind piece. The Dahlia design is based on the flower's geometric 'Fibonacci' sequence. The design is engraved beneath the enamel using the basse-taille technique to achieve different colour depths.
